NOVELTY - Functional lighting lamp (1), obtained by preparing photocatalyst composition (1a) comprising 0.01-1 wt.% graphene coating agent, 0.1-5 wt.% titanium dioxide, 0.1-5 wt.% tungsten oxide, 0.01-0.9 wt.% platinum, 1-25 wt.% silica, 5-25 wt.% silsesquioxane composite polymer resin, 5-40 wt.% ethanol and 5-35 wt.% water, spraying 1-5 g photocatalyst composition on 1 m2 lighting lamp, carrying out heat treatment at 68-75 degrees C to form a coating layer, coating 1-5 g matt catalyst composition (obtained by mixing titanium phosphate-based compound or a condensate in 5 ml aqueous phosphoric acid solution (85%) to 100-fold dilution of the mixture with purified water, mixing 5 ml titanium tetrachloride in 25 ml isopropyl alcohol and 25 ml purified water) to lighting lamp, and heat-treating at 30-40 degrees C to form a matte catalyst coating layer on the lighting cover (2) that accommodates and supports the lighting lamp. USE - Used as functional lighting lamp. ADVANTAGE - The functional lighting lamp adopts photocatalyst that improves antibacterial, deodorizing and purification action, adsorbs and decomposes fine dust, increases antifouling properties, enables decomposition of volatile organic chemicals, when matte catalyst composition comes into contact with moisture and oxygen in the atmosphere, a substance called an active group is formed that exerts a strong power to take oxygen away from organic matter, has strong adhesion to ensure the durability of the coating layer.
