▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing porous graphene composite preferentially alcohol-permeable pervaporation membrane material, comprises (i) adding porous graphene to n-heptane at a mass-volume ratio of 0.05-0.5 g/ml, uniformly dispersing by ultrasound, adding ethyl orthosilicate and organotin, fully stirring for 0.5-3 hours, and filtering to obtain porous graphene with hydrophobic pores, and (ii) dissolving polydimethylsiloxane, cross-linking agent, and catalyst in n-heptane, mixing, slowly adding the graphene with hydrophobic holes, and stirring for 1-3 hours to obtain a casting film solution, coating the casting film solution on a polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane with a doctor blade, and allowing to stand at room temperature for 6 hours to remove the n-heptane solution, and transferring to an oven for heating. USE - The method is useful for preparing porous graphene composite preferentially alcohol-permeable pervaporation membrane material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good film-forming property and good mechanical properties, realizes percolation priority alcohol, and can be used in pervaporation systems with good separation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for porous graphene composite preferentially alcohol-permeable pervaporation membrane material prepared according to above mentioned method.
