NOVELTY - Preparing biomass adsorption material, involves (i) treating rice husks in low-temperature corona irradiation equipment, adding mixed solution of ammonium carbonate and melamine for ultrasonically soaking, and filtering to obtain pretreated rice husks, (ii) extruding pretreated rice husk using twin-screw extruder to obtain rice hull puff, (iii) adding rice husk puffs, methyl acrylate and allyl thiourea to toluene, passing high-purity nitrogen to remove oxygen, performing irradiation grafting under sealing, precipitating, extracting solid by Soxhlet extraction method, removing remaining monomers and homopolymers, and drying to obtain rice hull graft product, (iv) mixing rice husk graft product, graphene oxide and amino acid, adding to ball-mill tank, adding ball, passing liquid nitrogen, and ball-milling to collect ball-milled materials, and (v) adding ball-milled materials to magnetized water, performing soaking and swelling treatment, filtering and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing biomass adsorption material for heavy metal treatment in domestic sewage such as rural production sewage or rural domestic sewage (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biomass adsorption material has large specific surface area and excellent adsorption effect on heavy metals in rural sewage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing biomass adsorption material, involves (i) treating rice husks in a low-temperature corona irradiation equipment for 10-15 minutes, adding a mixed solution of ammonium carbonate and melamine for ultrasonically soaking for 15-30 minutes, and filtering to obtain pretreated rice husks, (ii) extruding the pretreated rice husk using twin-screw extruder to obtain a rice hull puff, (iii) adding rice husk puffs, methyl acrylate and allyl thiourea to toluene, passing high-purity nitrogen to remove oxygen, performing irradiation grafting under sealing, precipitating, extracting the solid by Soxhlet extraction method using methyl ethyl ketone as solvent, removing remaining monomers and homopolymers, and drying to obtain rice hull graft product, (iv) mixing the rice husk graft product, graphene oxide and amino acid, adding to a ball-mill tank, adding ball into the ball-mill tank, passing liquid nitrogen into the ball-mill tank to soak the rice husk graft products, graphene oxide and amino acids in liquid nitrogen at -160 to -178 degrees C, maintaining the volatile amount of liquid nitrogen in balance with the incoming amount, stabilizing liquid surface, starting ball-milling at a constant temperature for 10-15 minutes, ball-milling 45-60 minutes, transferring the ball-milling jar to a vacuum glove box and placing for 6-12 hours to collect ball-milled materials, and (v) adding the ball-milled materials to magnetized water, performing high-temperature and high-pressure soaking and swelling treatment at 70-110 degrees C and an air pressure of 0.1-0.3 MPa, filtering and drying.
