NOVELTY - The production process of graphene involves weighing natural crystalline flake graphite or artificial graphite and oxidizing agent and then oxidizing, adding intercalation agent and then performing intercalation reaction, filtering the mixture and then washing using water, grinding using grinding device and then sieving, dispersing in solvent and then ultrasonically processing and carrying out microwave irradiation process using microwave production device including a cavity, a feeding port, a fixing frame, a rotating shaft, a fan, a microwave emitter, a two-stage graphene separating module and an annular filter plate. The cavity is provided with a blanking port. The feeding port is provided with upper end of the cavity. The microwave emitter is provided with lower surface of cavity, feeding port and through hole. The annular filter plate is provided with cavity and microwave emitter. The fixing frame is provided with two-stage graphene separating module and lower end of the cavity. USE - The process is useful for production of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The process enables production of graphene with high quality.
