NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene-cytokine composite system comprises a three-dimensional graphene matrix and a cytokine linked to the matrix, where the matrix has a porous structure with a pore size of 50-500 mu m and porosity of greater than or equal to 95%. USE - Three-dimensional graphene-cytokine composite system for culturing neural stem cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene-cytokine composite system is prepared in a simple way, has easy operation and good controllability, maintains the three-dimensional porous structure, increases the loading rate of the cytokines, promotes the growth, proliferation, and differentiation of the neural stem cells, and slow down the release of biologically active molecules. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing a three-dimensional graphene-cytokine composite system, which involves placing three-dimensional graphene material in a mixed strong acid solution after oxidizing, modifying the surface of the material by a chemical coupling method, and bonding the cytokine to the three-dimensional graphene material through the coupling group to form the three-dimensional graphene-cytokine composite system; and (2) a method for culturing a neural stem cell, which involves providing a three-dimensional graphene-cytokine complex system, inoculating neural stem cell in a three-dimensional graphene-cytokine complex system, and passaging for 2-10 times.
