▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube elastomer is prepared by dispersing carbon nanotubes into alkali metal hydroxide solution to obtain carbon nanotube suspension, mixing graphene oxide suspension and carbon nanotube suspension for 1-3 hours, reacting resulting mixture at 170-190 degrees C for 10-12 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature after reaction is completed to obtain graphene/carbon nanotube hydrogel, freeze-drying hydrogel for 48-72 hours, calcining at 800-850 degrees C for 10-30 minutes under nitrogen protection and naturally cooling. USE - Three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube elastomer used in flexible piezoresistive sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube elastomer has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, and achieves high sensitivity of flexible piezoresistive sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for usage of three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube elastomer in flexible piezoresistive sensor, which involves cutting three-dimensional graphene/carbon nanotube elastomer into thin slices, coating with a layer of silver paste on the upper and lower sides, adhering two copper sheets of same size to the upper and lower sides of the elastic portion as electrodes, taking out two copper wires from the copper sheets, mixing polydimethylsiloxane liquid and crosslinking agent, pouring into above device, curing at 60-70 degrees C for 2-4 hours, and assembling.
