NOVELTY - Lightweight high-strength electromagnetic shielding composite material based on conductive hollow microspheres comprises a resin substrate and conductive hollow microsphere doped in the resin substrate, where the true density of the composite material is 0.5-1.2 g/cm3. The conductive hollow microsphere has hollow core-shell structure, and sequentially includes silicate glass ball shell, silicon dioxide spherical shell and conductivity metal spherical shell in the shell structure from inside to outside. USE - The composite material is useful in the field of electromagnetic shielding (claimed) and electromagnetic wave absorption. Can also be used in wireless communication, satellite broadcast, wide application of radar and high-end electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good structure stability, good electromagnetic shielding property and characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing composite material comprising uniformly mixing the resin substrate, optional additives, optional additives, and conductive hollow microspheres to obtain a mixed material, homogenizing the mixed material, foaming and solidifying to obtain the composite material.
