▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The fiber (10) has a flame-retardant coating layer configured for forming a coating fiber (20) by coating dispersion on the surface of the fiber. The graphene oxide and the surface modifier are stirred in a mass ratio of 1:5 to increase the dispersibility of the graphene-based flame retardant in water and improve the bonding property with the fiber. The coating layer is produced using a wet process. The graphene-based flame retardant is produced by combining an inorganic metal hydroxide or an ionic liquid on the surface of the graphene oxide or reduced material. The graphene-based flame retardant is washed with deionized water at a preset number of times to remove unreacted impurities. USE - Flame-retardant graphene-based composite fiber for flame-retardant graphene-based composite fiber manufacturing system. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant coating is formed on the surface of a general fiber through an environmentally friendly material and an environment-friendly continuous process to maintain the function of the fiber and present the possibility of remarkably improving the protection performance against flames or high temperatures. The fiber is non-toxic compared to the conventional brominated chlorine-based flame retardant treatment, and the manufacturing process cost is lowered through a continuous process.
