NOVELTY - A graphene composite antirust agent comprises 0.01-0.16 %mass graphene and chlorinated rubber aqueous emulsion. The chlorinated rubber aqueous emulsion comprises 8-12 wt.% natural chlorinated rubber, 2.5-3.5 wt.% lithium bentonite, 2-3.5 wt.% carboxymethyl cellulose, 18-25 wt.% styrene, 60-70 wt.% water. USE - Graphene composite antirust agent used for coating on surface of electric equipment. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite antirust agent has excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene composite antirust agent, which involves pretreating the styrene, mixing the natural chlorinated rubber, lithium-based bentonite, carboxymethyl cellulose and water for the stirring (I) to obtain an intermediate mixture after homogenization, adding the pretreated styrene to the intermediate mixture for stirring (II), and obtaining the chlorinated rubber aqueous emulsion after being uniform, and adding graphene to the chlorinated rubber aqueous emulsion.
