NOVELTY - Composite membrane comprises graphene or graphene oxide-semiconductor particles. USE - The composite membrane is useful for filtering and light degrading dye (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite membrane can be simply prepared with photo-catalytic self cleaning function in a cost-effective and eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - AN INDEPENDENT claims is included for preparing the composite membrane comprising adding 0.08-0.8 g of graphene or graphene oxide suspension into a filter pad, filtering the grapheme or graphene oxide suspension under the condition of negative pressure to form graphene or graphene oxide film, and adding 0.4-4 g of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, zinc sulfide or cadmium sulfide semiconductor particles with the obtained grapheme or graphene oxide film under the condition of negative pressure and then filtering to form semiconductor film.
