NOVELTY - An elastic sheet has elastic rubber embedded in ceramic tile mold core. The elastic rubber is wrapped with a molding board. The elastic rubber comprises 30-48 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 12-23 pts. wt. amino resin, 6-12 pts. wt. polyacrylic acid ester, 1-4 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-2 pts. wt. aluminum, 1-5 pts. wt. carbon, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 8-12 pts. wt. zirconium oxide fibers and 3-8 pts. wt. aramid fibers. USE - Elastic sheet is used for ceramic tile mold core. ADVANTAGE - The sheet has excellent oil resistance and elasticity. The ceramic tile mold core comprising the elastic sheet has desired area and suppressed uneven stress at four corners.
