USE - Preparation of modified graphene based flame retardant corrosion-resistant coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of coating with high corrosion resistance and improved adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of coating (1) dissolving zinc chloride, ferric chloride and ferrous chloride in water to obtain 1-2 mol/l solution, where molar ratio of zinc ion and iron ions is (3-5):(2-3):1, placing in 60-80 degrees C water bath, adding alkaline solution, reacting for 2-3 hours to form hydrotalcite-like precipitate having layered structure, (2) dissolving graphene oxide in water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid, adjusting pH of the dispersion to 3-5 with acetic acid, adding triethanolamine, stirring, washing reaction mixture with deionized water, filtering, dispersing filter cake in solvent with deionized water and ethanol, adding sodium borohydride, heating at reflux at 60-80 degrees C for 4-10 hours, filtering to obtain triethanolamine modified graphene, (3) adding 2 parts mass triethanolamine modified graphene to 6 parts mass hydrotalcite-like precipitate, adding 1 part mass intercalant, placing in PTFE reactor, placing in oven at 70-90 degrees C for 8-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifugal filtering, washing, drying to obtain graphene-modified hydrotalcite-like precipitate, (4) adding the graphene-modified hydrotalcite-like precipitate to mixed solution of deionized water and ethanol, adjust the pH value to 6.5-7.5, stirring at room temperature for 2-4 hours, adding 20-50 g zinc aluminum powder or zinc aluminum solution at room temperature into the solution, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, isolating resulting product using centrifuge, washing with ethanol, and drying at 40-60 degrees C.
