NOVELTY - Nickel-based electrode comprises nickel-based welding core, a nano-graphene coating I, nano-graphene coating II and drug coating. The nickel-based welding core is external nano-graphene coating I and drug skin are arranged in order from inside to outside. The nickel-based welding core is provided with circular hole at the center of the cross section perpendicular to the axis of the welding core. The inner wall of the round hole is provided with a longitudinally penetrated V-shaped groove I. The longitudinally penetrating V-shaped groove II is formed on the outer circumference of the cross section of the nickel-based welding core perpendicular to the welding core axis. The nano graphene coating II is coated on the inner wall of the round hole. The composition of nickel-based welding core includes 18-22 wt.% chromium, 6.2-8.0 wt.% manganese, 2.2-3.6 wt.% molybdenum, 3.2-4.5 wt.% niobium, 2-3.5 wt.% iron. USE - Nickel-based electrode. ADVANTAGE - The nickel-based electrode has good welding process, small volume expansion, fast heat dissipation, and strong resistance to redness and cracking of the drug skin, improves the efficiency of the electrode. The nickel-based welding core is provided with circular hole at the center of the cross section perpendicular to the axis of the welding core.
