NOVELTY - Solvent-free heavy anti-corrosive paint comprises A component comprising 20-55 wt.% low-viscosity epoxy resin, 5-15 wt.% basalt fiber, 4-10 wt.% basalt flake, 2-4 wt.% active diluting agent, 1-1.5 wt.% anti-settling thickening agent, 0.2-0.5 wt.% antifoaming agent, 0.6-0.8 wt.% dispersant, 2-6 wt.% graphite, 0.5-2 wt.% molybdenum disulfide, 1.2-12.8 wt.% talcum powder, 1-35 wt.% phosphorus iron powder, 1.5-10 wt.% aluminum flake, 1-3 wt. wt.% barium sulfate, 1-3.5 wt.% graphene hydrosol, 1-3 wt.% nano composite sol, 1-2 wt.% zinc aluminum orthophosphate hydrate, and B component comprising 10-20 wt.% epoxy resin curing agent, 10-30 wt.% Mannich base curing agent and 1-2 wt.% thixotropic thickening agent, where the A component and B component mass ratio is 4-6:1. USE - Used as a solvent-free heavy anti-corrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The coating has improved weather resistance, and acid and alkali resistance, and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the solvent-free heavy anti-corrosive paint, comprising (a) preparing the raw materials of the A component and B component, (b) preparing nano composite sol by dispersing lignin sulfonate in deionized water, adding saccharifying enzyme, ultrasonically processing for 0.5-1 hours to obtain the activated lignin sulfonate solution, dispersing tetrabutyl titanate in pentaerythritol solution, adding the activated lignin sulfonate solution, uniformly stirring, then gradually adding amino silane coupling agent, then adding aqueous ammonia to adjust pH of the system to alkaline, stirring at 50-80degrees Celsius to react for 1-3 hours, then adding 2-hydroxy-4-n-octyloxybenzophenone, stirring and reacting for 0.5-2 hours to obtain the modified nano-composite sol, (c) preparing graphene hydrosol by dispersing graphene oxide and melamine in aqueous glycerol solution, stirring and reacting at 40-50degrees Celsius for 12-24 hours, then cooling to room temperature, adding cysteine, stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours, then adding aluminum chloride, uniformly stirring to obtain the modified graphene oxide hydrosol, (d) adding the prepared nano composite sol, active diluting agent, dispersant into the low viscosity epoxy resin, stirring for 20-60 minutes at 300-1000 rotations/minute speed to obtain a mixed solution, (e) adding basalt flake to the mixed solution obtained in step (d), basalt fiber, phosphorus iron powder, aluminum flake and barium sulfate, stirring for 20-60 minutes at 1400-1500 rotations/minute speed, (f) gradually dropping graphene hydrosol, stirring and dispersing for 15 -30 minutes, then adding rheological auxiliary agent at 2500 rotations/minute and stirring for 40 minutes to obtain the solvent-free anticorrosive paint component A, and (g) mixing Mannich alkali curing agent with epoxy resin curing agent tetraethylenetriamine under the action of the thixotropic thickening agent to obtain solvent-free anti-corrosive paint component B, and stirring component A and component B according to 4-6:1 ratio for 10-20 minutes at the speed of 300-1000 rotations/minute to obtain the solvent-free anti-corrosive paint.
