NOVELTY - Improving desorption performance of the purple phosphorus alkenyl gas-sensitive sensor involves compounding the graphene film and violence into heterojunction, assembling it into a purple phosphorus alkenyl gas-sensitive sensor, and placing it in the gas-sensitive test platform, introducing argon gas, using an infrared baking lamp to pre-treat the purple phosphorus alkenyl gas sensor, introducing test gas, the violet-phosphorus alkenyl gas sensor begins to absorb gas, and introducing argon gas and using an external light source to carry out the photo-desorption process to the purple phosphorus alkenyl gas sensor. USE - Method for Improving desorption performance of the purple phosphorus alkenyl gas-sensitive sensor ADVANTAGE - The method has improved the desorption performance of violet-phosphorus alkenyl gas-sensitive sensors by photo-desorption treatment, has provided low cost, has simple operation, has high safety, and a low requirement to the device, and the method can be finished in the environment at normal temperature and pressure.
