NOVELTY - The device has a medium substrate fixed with a graphene strip that is fixed with a series-of-dark unit. Length and width of the graphene strip are 65 nm and 10 nm, respectively. Distance between the series-of-dark unit and the graphene strip is about 8 nm. Distance between the state unit and the series-of-dark unit is about 20 nm. The graphene strip receives external voltage of 0.3 electron volts. Dielectric constant of the medium substrate is 2.1. USE - Fixing slow wave adjusting device. ADVANTAGE - The device can adjust a slow wave in a transmitting direction, and regulates the optical response to the graphene.
