NOVELTY - Preparing a functional fabric comprises (i) selecting polyester fiber, sheep wool fiber, polyester fiber, flax fiber, soy protein fiber, magnetic fiber, ramie fiber, bamboo fiber, colored cotton fiber, nano silver fiber, polyethylene fiber, aromatic fiber, regenerated cellulose fiber, T400 (RTM: Polyether-polyurea copolymer) elastic fiber, chitin fiber and EKS fiber, (ii) sterilizing fiber separately in sterilizing solution, (iii) drying in a dryer separately, (iv) combining fibers, (v) separating warp and weft into an anti-ultraviolet agent at 30-45 degrees C and soaking for 2-4 hours, (vi) drying soaked warp and weft in dryer, (vi) interweaving dried warp and weft yarn with 50/50 interweaving ratio to form a grey fabric, (vii) pre-baking the grey fabric at 120-130 degrees C for 30-40 seconds, and baking at 100-110 degrees C for 30-40 seconds to pre-shape, singeing, desizing, scouring, softening, pre-shrinking, and shaping to obtain the finished fabric. USE - The method is useful for preparing functional fabric. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a functional fabric comprises (i) selecting polyester fiber, sheep wool fiber, polyester fiber, flax fiber, soy protein fiber, magnetic fiber, ramie fiber, bamboo fiber, colored cotton fiber, nano silver fiber, polyethylene fiber, aromatic fiber, regenerated cellulose fiber, T400 (RTM: Polyether-polyurea copolymer) elastic fiber, chitin fiber and EKS fiber, (ii) placing each fiber separately into sterilizing solution at 60-80 degrees C and soaking for 2-4 hours, (iii) drying soaked fibers in a dryer at 80-120 degrees C for 20-35 minutes, (iv) combining polyester fiber, sheep wool fiber, polyester fiber, flax fiber, soy protein fiber, magnetic fiber, ramie fiber, bamboo fiber and color cotton fiber and blending to obtain warp yarn, and blending nano silver fiber, polyethylene fiber, aromatic fiber, regenerated cellulose fiber, T400 (RTM: Polyether-polyurea copolymer) elastic fiber, chitin fiber and EKS fiber to obtain weft yarn, (v) separating the warp and weft into an anti-ultraviolet agent at 30-45 degrees C and soaking for 2-4 hours, (vi) placing the soaked warp and weft into the dryer, and drying at 60-80 degrees C for 35-50 minutes, (vi) interweaving dried warp and weft yarn with a 50/50 interweaving ratio according to the weft flat stitch structure to form a grey fabric, (vii) pre-baking the grey fabric at 120-130 degrees C for 30-40 seconds, and baking at 100-110 degrees C for 30-40 seconds to pre-shape, singeing, desizing, scouring, softening, pre-shrinking, and shaping to obtain the finished fabric.
