▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The material has main raw materials including municipal solid waste incineration fly ash, aluminosilicate activator, graphyne, dispersant and mixing water. The requirements and quality ratios of each component of raw materials includes 200-400 pts. wt. municipal solid waste incineration fly ash, 20-40 pts. wt. aluminosilicate activator such as sodium metaaluminate, 70-250 pts. wt. water glass, 2-6 pts. wt. graphyne containing particle size of 150 nm-1 ~mm, and 10-30 pts. wt. dispersant such as dimethylformamide, and 270-380 pts. wt.mixing water combined with the test performance indicators. The quality tolerance of the raw materials includes the 1\|1 wt.% fly ash from municipal solid waste incineration, \|1 wt.%aluminosilicate activator, \|0.5 wt.% graphyne, \|0.5 wt.% dispersant, and \|1 wt.% mixing water. USE - Graphene-based nanocomposite aluminosilicate material used for solidifying heavy metals in fly ash from municipal solid waste used in field of solid waste treatment and ecological environment material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based nanocomposite aluminosilicate material uses solid waste as raw materials, is green and environmentally friendly, and has simple operation technology. The material makes full use of the nanometer size, large specific surface area, three-dimensional porous channel and extremely high active triple bond characteristics of graphyne, which can effectively solidify the heavy metal ions in the municipal solid waste incineration fly ash, significantly reduce the leaching rate of harmful heavy metal ions, and obtain excellent mechanical properties, which is beneficial to realize the utilization of the municipal solid waste incineration fly ash. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of a material for solidifying heavy metals in fly ash from municipal solid waste incineration.
