NOVELTY - Heat conducting silica gel sheet, comprises 50-80 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 30-45 pts. wt. graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 0.01-10 pts. wt. curing agent, and 3-15 pts. wt. fiber filler. The dispersant includes polyvinyl alcohol, polyamide, polyvinyl acetate, polyurethane and/or polyacrylate. USE - Heat conducting silica gel sheet. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting silicon film has high heat conductivity coefficient, and improves the heat conducting performance of the product, which is good for popularization and use of product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of heat conducting silica gel sheet, comprising uniformly mixing silicone rubber, graphene, coupling agent, curing agent and fiber filler to obtain a preliminary mixture, stirring the preliminary mixture at a high speed to obtain a semi-finished product, where the stirring temperature is 95-120℃, adding the dispersant into the semi-finished product and stirring evenly, cross-linking and curing.
