NOVELTY - The method involves prefabricating (S01) a graphene substrate with a first surface, a second surface and a side surface. A double-sided adhesive layer is pre-formed (S02) according to the graphene of the substrate. The size of the double-sided adhesive layer is greater than the size of the graphene substrate. An insulating film is pre-formed (S03) according to the shape of the graphene plate. The size of the insulating film is greater than the size of the graphene plate. A double-faced adhesive tape is pasted (S04) on a second surface of the graphene substrate. The insulating film is attached (S05) to the first surface of the graphene substrate. The insulating film is bent beyond the edge of the first surface of the graphene substrate towards the side of the graphene substrate. The bent insulating film is pasted on the double-sided adhesive tape on the side of the graphene substrate. USE - Method for resetting and wrapping graphene heat dissipation substrate (claimed) for electronic component. Uses include but are not limited to microelectronic integrated technology, high density printed board assembly technology, and electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The radiating substrate prepared by the method has ultra-narrow wrapping edge, more reliable insulating protection, and improving the effective use area of the radiating substrates. The method effectively solves the problem that the existing wrapping process caused by the reserved large edge distance/thickness caused by radiating main portion material area is greatly reduced or directly cut, so that the problem of existing wrapping caused by existing wrapping is solved. The wrapping edge of the side of the graphene substrate is composed of a double-faced adhesive tape layer and an insulating film layer, that is, using the reset overlapping wrapping mode, the side surface of graphene plate has double-layer insulating protect, the reliability is improved, and the problem is effectively solved.
