▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a vertical Graphene formed on a bottom plane and a vertical layer with high-density mesh crack. The vertical Graphene is divided into multiple small pieces of reticulated cracks that are electrically connected between adjacent small blocks through the vertical layer under a stretching state. Two sides of a crack are electrically connected with a sensor, where a stretching rate is greater than 50% to identify audio, a sensitivity factor is greater than 100 under the stretching state of about 50% and total thickness of the vertical Graphene is measured about 100 nanometer -100 micrometer. USE - Vertical graphene based tensile stress sensor for identifying characteristics of audio. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has high stretching rate, high sensitivity and wide application range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a vertical graphene based tensile stress sensor utilizing method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a photograph view of a vertical graphene based tensile stress sensor.
