NOVELTY - Asphalt waterproof material comprises a upper surface isolation layer, a upper polymer modified asphalt layer, a tire base layer, a lower polymer modified asphalt layer and a lower surface isolation layer in order from top to bottom, where the upper polymer modified asphalt layer and the lower polymer modified asphalt layer are made of composite modified asphalt comprising 60-70 pts. wt. petroleum asphalt, 20-30 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. furan resin, 5-8 pts. wt. pentaerythrityl tetrastearate, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, 10-15 pts. wt. paraffin, 0.5 pt. wt. zinc ethyl phenyl dithiocarbamate, 1-3 pts. wt. phthalic anhydride, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 0.5-0.8 pt. wt. petroleum sulfonate, 1-3 pts. wt. succinic anhydride, 1-3 pts. wt. wood vinegar, 3-5 pts. wt. inorganic filler and 1-3 pts. wt. metal oxide. USE - Asphalt waterproof material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent waterproof performance, anti-aging performance and excellent bonding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the material, involving (a) uniformly mixing pentaerythrityl tetrastearate, graphene, sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, paraffin, zinc ethyl phenyl dithiocarbamate, phthalic anhydride, sulfur, petroleum sulfonate, succinic anhydride, inorganic filler, metal oxide and wood vinegar, heating at 100-120 degrees C and stirring for 1 hour at a high speed, (b) adding petroleum asphalt into a reaction kettle, heating at 170-180 degrees C, adding SBS rubber, furan resin and the product obtained in step (a) and stirring for 1.5 hours by using a high-speed shearing machine to obtain the composite modified asphalt, and (c) adding the composite modified asphalt into a dipping tank at the front end of a production line, unfolding the tire base layer on the production line, introducing the tire base layer into a leaching tank, impregnating modified asphalt, controlling the thickness with a thickness control roller, respectively forming the upper and lower polymer modified asphalt layers on the upper and lower surfaces of the tire base layer, respectively covering the upper and lower polymer modified asphalt layers with the upper and lower surface isolation layers, cooling by a cooling equipment, measuring the length, cutting the edge, winding and packaging to obtain the finished product.
