▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electrode comprises a graphene-containing layer, and a layer having work function gradient formed on the graphene-containing layer, where: the layer having work function gradient is a single layer comprising a first surface that contacts with the graphene-containing layer and a second surface that is opposite to the first surface; and the work function of the layer having work function gradient gradually increases in a direction from the first surface of the layer having work function gradient to the second surface of the layer having work function gradient. USE - The electrode is useful in an electronic device comprising an organic light-emitting device, an organic solar cell, an organic memory device or an organic thin film transistor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode provides the electronic device with improved flexibility, wide viewing angle, excellent contrast, quick response, high luminescence, excellent driving voltage characteristics. The electrode has improved mechanical strength, chemical resistance and light transmittance, excellent work function and high conductivity.
