NOVELTY - The method involves mixing the graphene raw material and the plastic raw material in the mixer for 20-30 minutes at the ratio of 1:30-1:50. The mixed material is fused into granular particles in the granulator under the environment of 170-300 degrees Celsius. The mixed material processed by the granulator is formed into a packaging product. A stirring tank (1) is provided with a feeding port and a discharging port. The feeding port is provided with a feeding valve. The discharging port is provided with a discharging valve. An exhaust port is connected with a vacuum pump (4). A stirring motor (2) is located above the stirring tank. An output shaft of the stirring motor is connected with a stirring shaft (3). A discharging end of a water pump (10) is connected with a discharging pipe (11). USE - Method for manufacturing antibacterial and antibacterial product packaging. Uses include but are not limited to food, cosmetics, medical supplies and building protection articles. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture antibacterial and antibacterial product packaging, which has better effect of antibacterial effect and anti-corrosion effect.
