▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of ozone catalytic oxidation catalyst includes preparing shaped activated carbon carrier after acidic oxidation pretreatment on shaped activated carbon doped with graphene; and absorbing fully and uniformly mixed solution of zinc salt and cerium salt, drying, microwave-treating and calcining to prepare ozone catalytic oxidation catalyst loaded with multiple composite metal oxides. USE - The method is for preparation of ozone catalytic oxidation catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst prepared by method has high catalytic activity. The active component and carrier are firmly combined, and added graphene can provide more macropores and rich pore size distribution. It can strengthen riveting of shaped activated carbon carrier and transition metal oxide to reduce exudation. The catalytic activity of catalyst always maintains high stability in case of long-term wastewater treatment. The organic matter removal rate and effective service life of catalyst are significantly improved, preparation process is simple, raw materials are wide, and cost is appropriate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for ozone catalytic oxidation catalyst comprising 90-99 wt.% shaped activated carbon carrier and 1-10 wt.% active components.
