▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing lithium-ion carbon cathode material, comprises (i) dispersing 300-500 mg graphene oxide in flask containing 30-50 ml of tetrahydrofuran, ultrasonically oscillating, adding 150-200 µl thionyl chloride, circulating for 1-3 hours at 45-50 ℃, filtering and repeatedly washing with tetrahydrofuran to obtain solid sample, (ii) dispersing the solid sample in tetrahydrofuran, then adding the mixture of triethylamine and ethane thiol of 6-14 times of the total amount of carboxy and hydroxy in graphene oxide, reacting for 4-6 hours under the temperature of 45-50 ℃, and (iii) after the reaction is completed, filtering and washing with tetrahydrofuran, drying at 80-120 ℃ under normal pressure for 10-14 hours to obtain sulfur-modified graphene by adding 6-14 times the molar ratio of reactants. USE - The method is useful for preparing lithium-ion carbon cathode materials. ADVANTAGE - The lithium-ion carbon cathode material improves specific capacity and cycle stability.
