▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified cobalt oxyhydroxide/ferric oxide composite electrode material comprises (i) preparing ferric oxide electrode sheet on the substrate; (ii) placing the ferric oxide electrode sheet in the graphene oxide dispersion liquid, using hydrothermal-reduction method to grow and reduce graphene oxide on the surface of the ferric oxide, obtaining reduced graphene oxide/ferric oxide photoelectrode; and (iii) in-situ growing cobalt oxyhydroxide nano sheet on the surface of the reduced graphene oxide/ferric oxide photoelectrode obtained in step (ii) by dipping-hydrolysis method. USE - The graphene modified cobalt oxyhydroxide/ferric oxide composite electrode material is useful in photoelectric catalytic water oxidation field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite electrode material: has high photoelectric conversion efficiency and excellent stability.
