NOVELTY - High-strength flame-retardant modified composite rubber comprises 70-100 pts. wt. carboxy nitrile rubber, 24-45 pts. wt. ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 18-36 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 3-12 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 13-28 pts. wt. flame-retardant reinforcing multi-effect auxiliary agent, 5-14 pts. wt. carbon black, 1-3.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 2-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-6 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3.5 pts. wt. accelerant, 1.2-4 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 0.5-3.8 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - Used as high-strength flame-retardant modified composite rubber. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent strength and flame-retardant performance, and has good application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of high-strength flame-retardant modified composite rubber comprising (1) adding the carboxy nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, chloroprene rubber into open mill, masticating at 65-85℃ for 3-10 minutes and 180-250 revolutions/minute, (2) adding composite reinforcing agent, carbon black, zinc oxide, stearic acid, anti-aging agent, coupling agent, masticating at 70-98℃ for 2-8 minutes and 120-160 revolutions/minute, (3) adding dicumyl peroxide, sulfur and accelerator, and masticate at 75-90℃ for 4-15 minutes and 110-155 revolutions/minute, beating triangular bag, rolling, thinning and discharging to obtain mixed rubber, and (4) vulcanizing the mixed rubber at 145-170℃ for 20-45 minutes and 10-20 MPa to obtain the high-strength flame-retardant modified composite rubber.
