NOVELTY - The plate has an aluminum upper cover plate (4) whose ends are symmetrically provided with an electric contact (1). A lower surface of the aluminum upper cover plate is provided with multiple second resistor clamping grooves (302). The second resistor clamping groove is located on an aluminum lower bottom plate (3). The second resistor clamping grooves of the aluminum upper cover plate are matched and connected. The second resistor clamping groove is matched with a clamping graphene self-heating plate (2). An inner wall of two sides of the aluminum upper cover plate is symmetrically provided with a sliding groove matched with the aluminum lower bottom plate. A first clamping groove and a second clamping groove are integrally clamped with an aluminum clamping plate integrally set on a side wall of an aluminum sealing plate (5). The aluminum sealing plate is fixedly connected with the aluminum upper cover plate and the aluminum lower bottom plate through a bolt.
