NOVELTY - The device has a reaction chamber that is provided with an electro-catalysis hydrophobic film. The electro-catalysis hydrophobic film (9) is provided to divide reaction chamber into electric Fenton area and water outlet area. The electro-catalysis layer is located at one side of the electro-Fenton area. The hydrophobic layer is located at one side of water outlet area. A gas sweeping unit is connected with the water outlet area of reaction chamber. The catalysts or activators are provided to catalyze or activate hydrogen peroxide to produce active materials, which oxidize and degrade organics in the area near the electrocatalytic hydrophobic membrane and portion of the raw water structure for preventing volatile organics from entering the product water. The water vapor is blown into a water outlet unit through a gas in an air sweeping unit after passing through a membrane hole of an electro-catalytic hydrophobic membrane, and water vapor is condensed to obtain water production. USE - Electric Fenton-membrane distillation cooperative water treatment device used in sewage and wastewater treatment, seawater and brackish water desalination, and salt crystallization. ADVANTAGE - The continuous stable water production during the membrane distillation process is ensured, thus preventing volatile organic compounds on the raw water side from entering the produced water and affecting the quality of the produced water. The efficient removal of volatile organic matter to reach the gas-liquid interface is realized.
