NOVELTY - Preparing hydrophilic conductive distillation membrane, comprises (a) adopting hydrophobic polyimide porous insulating membrane as substrate, orderly activating the surface of the substrate, cleaning, drying and pre-processing; (b) depositing a hydrophilic conductive reduced graphene oxide membrane layer on one surface of the pre-treated hydrophobic polyimide porous insulating membrane; and (c) depositing an insulating hydrophilic layer on the other surface of the insulating membrane, where the hydrophilic conductive distillation membrane has a three-layer structure comprising hydrophilic conductive layer, hydrophobic insulating layer and hydrophilic insulating layer from the material liquid side to the water producing side. USE - The method is useful for preparing hydrophilic conductive distillation membrane. ADVANTAGE - The distillation membrane utilizes the hydrophilic conductive layer which is heated and the water producing side is provided with a blowing cooling air flow, thus maintaining the temperature difference of the material liquid side and the water producing side at 5- 50degrees Celsius in the specific use, and ensures high permanent flux under the low energy consumption.
