▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The switch has two coupling wave guide parts respectively placed on two sides of a light guide micro-ring. A graphene capacitor structure layer is covered on the light guide micro-ring. The light guide micro-ring, the coupling wave guide parts and the graphene capacitor structure layer are located on a same horizontal plane. An input end of each coupling wave guide part and a direct output end of a download terminal are respectively connected with two output wave guide parts corresponding to other coupling wave guide parts. USE - Graphene electro-absorption characteristic based micro-ring optical switch. ADVANTAGE - The switch can change external voltage so as to change resonance state of the light guide micro-ring, so that a light signal is switched between two output ports, thus improving working performance of the switch. The switch has low required applied voltage, quick response speed and large-scale production.
