▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing aminated graphene culture medium comprises (i) dissolving the aminated graphene in water, dispersing uniformly, obtaining aminated graphene dispersion liquid; (ii) vacuum pumping the amino graphene dispersion liquid obtained in step (i) to the surface of the microporous filtering film; after drying, aminating graphene dispersion liquid to form aminated graphene film loaded on the surface of the microporous filtering film; (iii) performing gravity extrusion to the microporous filtering film in the step (ii); transferring the aminated graphene film to the supporting layer, even if the aminated graphene film is attached to the supporting layer surface; and (iv) soaking the microporous filtering film, the three-layer overlapping structure of the aminated graphene film and the supporting layer in the solvent, dissolving microporous filtering film, then washing and removing the residual solvent. USE - The aminated graphene culture medium is useful for promoting maturation of induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aminated graphene culture medium: has a unique positively charged amino group, regulates induced pluripotent stem cell (iPS) directional myocardial differentiation, and can stimulate the maturation of myocardial precursor cells. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) aminated graphene culture medium, is prepared by the method; and (2) use method comprising paving a layer of matrix glue on the aminated graphene culture medium, the matrix glue is used for promoting cell adhesion, then inoculating induced pluripotent stem cells for cell proliferation culture, when the cell density of the induced pluripotent stem cell reaches 85-95%, the proliferation culture medium is replaced by myocardial differentiation culture medium for myocardial cell differentiation, the aminated graphene culture medium can provide a positive containing micro-environment to promote the mature of derived cardiomyocytes, after myocardial cell differentiation, changing the myocardial maintenance culture medium for continuous culture, namely obtaining the mature myocardial cell.
