NOVELTY - Surface treatment of aluminum alloy involves (1) cleaning surface of aluminum alloy material and polishing, using organic solvents to remove oil and grease to clean the surface of the aluminum alloy, (2) pasting a plastic film with texture holes on the pre-treated aluminum alloy surface, washing with lye, forming corrosion texture on the aluminum alloy, (3) neutralizing the surface of the aluminum alloy after alkaline washing to neutrality, using oxalic acid method for anodizing, forming the aluminum alloy surface with a solid oxide film, (4) using graphene to prepare graphene paint, spraying primer evenly on the surface of the oxidized aluminum alloy, spraying the graphene paint uniformly, (5) placing the aluminum alloy processed in step (4) in a curing furnace for a period of time, and taking out the processed aluminum alloy. USE - Surface treatment of aluminum alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method increases the thermal conductivity of the aluminum alloy, thereby increasing the heat dissipation performance. The treated aluminum alloy has a protective film which is not oxidized easily.
