NOVELTY - Graphene paper composite filler conductive mortar comprises 160-200 pts. wt. cement, 100-140 pts. wt. fly ash, 600-800 pts. wt. medium sand, 40-100 pts. wt. graphene paper composite filler, 5-10 pts. wt. re-dispersible latex powder, 5-20 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. retarder, and 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. The preparation of graphene paper composite filler comprises (i) utilizing porous filler as a base, covering with multiple layers of polyimide films; and (ii) adopting laser-induced reduction polyimide paper to obtain graphene paper; and crushing composite of porous filler and graphene paper. USE - Graphene paper composite filler conductive mortar is useful in a building material i.e. reinforced concrete, for preventing corrosion of a reinforced concrete structure. ADVANTAGE - The graphene paper composite filler conductive mortar has high conductivity, high rigidity, high environmental corrosion resistance, and excellent lapping property, and reduces the resistivity of the cement-based material, and improves the conductivity.
