▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing titanium bipolar plate coating material comprises (1) dissolving indium source material, antimony source material and tin source material respectively to obtain indium salt solution, antimony salt solution and tin salt solution; (2) uniformly mixing the indium salt solution, the antimony salt solution and the tin salt solution in a mass ratio of 1-1.1:0.2-0.4:1 to obtain a mixed salt solution; adding a stabilizer to the mixed salt solution, allowing to stand and aging to obtain an antimony-doped indium tin oxide solution; and (3) adding the silane coupling agent-modified graphene powder into the antimony-doped indium tin oxide solution, and mixing evenly to obtain a titanium bipolar plate coating material; mass concentration of the modified graphene powder in the titanium bipolar plate coating material is 0.1-0.5g/L. USE - The method is useful for preparing titanium bipolar plate coating material. ADVANTAGE - The coating material: exhibits a more excellent comprehensive performance; and has excellent anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: Titanium bipolar plate coating material, is prepared by above mentioned method. Preparing titanium bipolar plate coating by using the titanium bipolar plate coating material, comprising (1) soaking the pretreated titanium substrate into titanium bipolar plate coating material, soaking, pulling, and drying to obtain a primary coating of titanium bipolar plate; and (2) repeating the above step (1) for 3-5 times, and annealing under an inert atmosphere to obtain a titanium bipolar plate coating.
