NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional black phosphorus quantum dot-graphene nanosheet composite material involves adding ethanol solution of black phosphorus quantum dot to ethanol solution of graphene oxide nanosheet, mechanically stirring to adsorb black phosphorus quantum dot on surface of graphene oxide nanosheet, pouring black phosphorus quantum dot-graphene oxide nanosheet-containing ethanol solution into a PTFE-lined autoclave, carrying out solvothermal reaction, immersing ethanol-filled block colloid composite material in deionized water, freeze-drying and heat-treating. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional black phosphorus quantum dot-graphene nanosheet composite material, which is useful for microelectronic sensor for detecting poisonous and harmful substance. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of three-dimensional black phosphorus quantum dot-graphene nanosheet composite material with high porosity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of three-dimensional black phosphorus quantum dot-graphene nanosheet composite material involves adding ethanol solution of black phosphorus quantum dot prepared by shear pulverization method to ethanol solution of graphene oxide nanosheet, mechanically stirring to adsorb black phosphorus quantum dot on surface of graphene oxide nanosheet to form black phosphorus quantum dot-graphene oxide nanosheet-containing ethanol solution, pouring black phosphorus quantum dot-graphene oxide nanosheet-containing ethanol solution into a PTFE-lined autoclave, carrying out solvothermal reaction to obtain ethanol-filled block colloid composite material, removing ethanol-filled block colloid composite material from the autoclave, completely immersing ethanol-filled block colloid composite material in deionized water to exchange ethanol in block colloid composite material with water to obtain water-filled block colloid composite material, freeze-drying water-filled block colloid composite material and carrying out high-temperature heat-treatment on black phosphorus quantum dot-graphene nanosheet composite material under argon or nitrogen atmosphere to eliminate impurities and improve quality of composite material.
