NOVELTY - The preparation method of wrinkle-free graphene involves selecting high-purity copper as substrate, using hydrochloric acid or nitric acid solution to remove surface impurities, cleaning using deionized water and acid solution and drying surface of copper foil, placing cleaned copper in chemical vapor deposition furnace, passing inert gas, washing, controlling flow rate of hydrogen and argon mixed gas, recrystallizing copper foil, passing gaseous carbon source, forming different sizes of graphene crystals, cooling, removing the sample and transferring graphene onto target substrate. USE - Preparation of wrinkle-free graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of wrinkle-free graphene with high quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of wrinkle-free graphene involves (1) selecting high-purity copper as substrate, (2) using hydrochloric acid or nitric acid solution to clean the surface, removing surface impurities, cleaning using deionized water and acid solution and drying the surface of copper foil, (3) placing cleaned copper in chemical vapor deposition furnace, passing inert gas, washing, controlling the flow rate of hydrogen and argon mixed gas, heating at 1000-1070 degrees C for 1-3 hours, recrystallizing copper foil, (5) passing gaseous carbon source, forming different sizes of graphene crystals, cooling to room temperature, (6) removing the sample and (7) transferring graphene onto target substrate.
