▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Metal base coating comprises graphene transition layer and a chromium aluminum nickel (CrAlNi) surface layer, where the graphene transition layer is graphene powder, and the CrAlNi surface layer is composed of raw materials that are 55-65 wt.% chromium, 19-21 wt.% aluminum and 16-24 wt.% nickel. The CrAlNi surface layer is made by a plasma spraying method. USE - Metal base coating. ADVANTAGE - The metal base coating has corrosion resistant, effectively exist metal matrix coating oxidation resistance difference, and defect of short service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing metal base coating, which involves: (A) taking graphene powder, grinding in a planetary ball mill to a particle size of 20-30 mu m, and then laminating the milled graphene powder into a transition lamination compact under a certain pressure; (B) taking metal substrate out and placing in an ultrasonic device by adding a cleaning agent, where ratio of the cleaning agent to the tap water is 1:10, the cleaning time is 15-30 minutes, and the metal substrate after cleaning is then presses; (C) putting the transition laminar blank into a graphite mold, and the green compact is subjecting to a hot press sintering reaction in a vacuum environment; (D) taking chromium aluminum and nickel metals and crushing in a planetary ball mill to a particle size of 20-30 mu m to get chromium aluminum and nickel powders; (E) subjecting hromium aluminum and nickel powders on a semiconductor laser for laser cladding treatment, control output power is constant, scanning speed is 180mm/minute, di-nitrogen flow is 1.2L/minute; and (F) spraying the laser cladding of Cr, Al, and Ni powders on the surface of the transition layer using a plasma spray gun to obtain the desired product.
