NOVELTY - The cavity has a single zinc oxide (ZnO) micron rod covered with single-layer graphene by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process or mechanical stripping process. USE - Zinc oxide graphene-reinforced UV laser micro-cavity. ADVANTAGE - The cavity reduces laser threshold value and improves laser quality factor and UV laser intensity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a zinc oxide graphene-reinforced UV laser micro-cavity preparing method.
