NOVELTY - Antivirus high-strength decorative board comprises a high-strength fiber baseplate, a decorative layer above the high-strength fiber baseplate, and a kraft paper layer above the decorative layer. The decorative layer and the kraft paper layer have been dipped. The dipping solution used in the dipping treatment includes 10-20 wt.% aqueous-based polyurethane, 5-10 wt.% nano-titanium dioxide, 1-5 wt.% graphene, 10-20 wt.% superhydrophobic nanoparticles, and water (remaining amount). The preparation method of dipping liquid comprises (1) mixing the nano-titanium dioxide, graphene, and superhydrophobic nanoparticles at a rate of 300-350 revolutions/minute at 300-800℃ for 30-60 minutes, cooling and carry out nano-scale pulverization to obtain a waterproof and anti-virus composite material and (2) adding waterproof and antiviral composite materials and aqueous-based polyurethane to the water and mixing evenly at high speed to obtain the dipping liquid. USE - The decorative board is useful in home and public environment for protecting human health. ADVANTAGE - The decorative board: has low cost, good size stability, flame resistance, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, impact resistance, antibacterial and antiviral; has long-term antibacterial antiviral effect and excellent mechanical property; does not need to spray sterilizing and disinfecting water when decorating places, which is environmentally friendly and healthy; is harmless to the human body, and has significant social and economic benefits.
