NOVELTY - A electromagnetic wave shielding composite material comprises particles (X') of a polymer material (B) dispersed in a matrix (X) of a polymer material (A), and an electromagnetic wave shielding filler provided in the matrix (X) and dispersed in a region between the particles (X'). USE - Composite material for shielding electromagnetic waves generated from household appliances, industrial devices and information communication devices such as mobile phones, notebook computers and personal portable information terminals. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has high electromagnetic wave shielding ability by controlling the distribution of the injected particles without increasing the amount of the electromagnetic wave shielding filler, low reflectance, and improved absorption performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the composite material, which involves dispersing the filler in the matrix (X), and dispersing the particles (X') in the matrix in which the filler is dispersed.
