NOVELTY - The electric heating device has a block (1) and a first electrical resistance heater (2). The block is made of a material comprising ultra-high performance fiber-reinforced concrete and first electrical resistance heater is made of a material which contains graphene or graphene oxide or a mixture of graphene and graphene oxide. The first electrical resistance heater is in contact against at least one first surface of the block. The block carrying the heating resistor and an electrical heating device (0) comprises first and second electrodes electrically connected to each other through first resistor heater. USE - Electric heating device. ADVANTAGE - The combination of graphene or graphene oxide in the form of a resistive layer carried by the UHPFRC block, against this block, makes it possible to have a heating device that is particularly resistant to shocks and capable of withstanding a large number of heating cycles. The ultra-high performance fiber-reinforced concrete chosen to implement block has a high electrical resistivity in order to withstand electrical resistance while opposing the flow of electric current through the block. The production of block by molding is particularly advantageous because it allows great freedom in the choice of shape, color and texture of block while limiting the cost of manufacture/production. Thus, block can have an esthetic surface directly visible from the outside of device and a locally textured surface to promote the connection with resistor.
