▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Photonic filter based on Cantor photonic crystal and graphene composite structure comprises multiple first dielectric layers and multiple second dielectric layers. The first dielectric layer is denoted as A and second dielectric layer as B. The serial number of Cantor photonic crystal is N=2, arrangement rule of first dielectric layer and second dielectric layer is ABABBBABA. The first dielectric layer and second dielectric layer are two uniform dielectrics with different refractive indices. The first dielectric layer and thickness of second dielectric layer are respectively 1/4 of optical wavelength corresponding to their respective refractive indices. The graphene monolayer G is embedded between each adjacent layer. The entire composite structure can be expressed as AGBGAGBGBGBGAGBGA. USE - Photonic filter based on Cantor photonic crystal and graphene composite structure. ADVANTAGE - The photonic filter based on Cantor photonic crystal and graphene composite structure adjusts transmittance and central wavelength, has optical sub-form of double-wavelength resonance, corresponding to two transmission modes.
