NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene of specific size, involves removing the surface oxide layer of a metal foil of specific size used as a catalytic base, by using an acid, removing impurity gas from reactor, introducing a catalytic gas, heating the metal foil to 600-1200 degrees C, introducing a gaseous carbon source, cracking to generate carbon atoms to be absorbed on the surface of metal foil, growing into graphene, quickly cooling to room temperature, and separating graphene and metal foil. USE - Preparation of graphene of specific size (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is economical, efficient, and suitable for large-scale production, and enables good size control.
