NOVELTY - A composite heat-conducting filler containing graphene comprises composite heat-conducting filler with shell-core structure formed by uniformly and tightly coating 0.5-55 wt.% graphene on surface of heat-conducting filler matrix. USE - Composite heat-conducting filler containing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The filler has excellent heat-conducting performance of 15 W/m.K, and simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the composite heat-conducting filler containing graphene comprising growing graphene layer on surface of thermally conductive filler matrix using chemical vapor deposition.
