NOVELTY - Direct-sealed heat pipe radiator comprises integrated package LED located in groove of direct-package composite evaporation vessel main body. The integrated package LED and direct-seal composite evaporation vessel main body are connected by bolts. A nut is hermetically connected with gasket. An opening conical pipe is sealed and fixed on integrated package LED substrate. Central pipe and snake-shaped radiating fin are integrally formed at one time. The central pipe and choke plug are sealed by welding. A surface is coated with graphene radiating paint or oxidized and blacking. USE - The direct-sealing type heat pipe radiator is used for high-power LED lamp.
