NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional nitrogen and parathion doped graphene involves adding bentonite to 4-aminopyridine and stirring for 5-6 hours at 60-70 degrees C. The mixture is warmed in water bath for 12-24 hours to obtain 4-aminopyridine modified bentonite suspension. The methyl parathion and 4-aminopyridine modified bentonite suspension are mixed and mixture is stirred for 6-8 hours at 60-70 degrees C in water bath. The precipitate is separated from the liquid and then washed 2-3 times with deionized water. The mixture is dried and ground over 20-40 meshes sieve to obtain modified bentonite powder. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional nitrogen and parathion doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare three-dimensional nitrogen and parathion doped graphene in simple manner under mild conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing three-dimensional nitrogen and parathion doped graphene involves adding bentonite to 4-aminopyridine and stirring for 5-6 hours at 60-70 degrees C. The modified bentonite powder is transferred to the vacuum tube furnace and calcined under vacuum at 400-600 degrees C for 2-4 hours. The calcined powder is cooled to room temperature and added with 20-40% hydrofluoric acid solution per gram of powder. The mixture is stirred for 3-4 hours under nitrogen environment and precipitated. The mixture is dried under the vacuum conditions and heated to 2000-2500 degrees C for 3-6 hours to obtain three-dimensional nitrogen and parathion doped graphene.
