NOVELTY - A perovskite thin-film solar cell using cadmium sulfide as a window material comprises a transparent conductive substrate, N-type cadmium sulfide film, P-type perovskite film, P-type heavily doped graphene film, and a metal electrode from bottom to top. USE - Perovskite thin-film solar cell using cadmium sulfide as window material. ADVANTAGE - The thin film solar cell has improved photoelectric conversion efficiency and stability due to the use of cadmium sulfide, and high carrier mobility and electroconductivity due to the use of heavily doped graphene. The degradation of the perovskite film by water or oxygen in the air is prevented effectively due to its dense structure. The diffusion of the metal electrode into the perovskite film is prevented effectively. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the solar cell.
