NOVELTY - High barrier coating comprises 3-5 wt.% single-layer dispersion graphene, 20-30% water-soluble modified polyurethane resin, 5-7% nano-alumina sol, 30-40% water soluble auxiliary agent and deionized water (remaining amount). USE - The method is useful for high barrier coating for lithium aluminum-plastic film of battery soft bag, where the battery is a multi-layer film structure. ADVANTAGE - The high barrier coating has excellent water resistance, good bonding force with Nylon layer, and improved bonding force and uniformity. The method provides lithium aluminum-plastic film of battery soft bag with excellent durability. The process flow is simple, preparation is easy, and satisfies mass production manufacturing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the high barrier coating for the flexible aluminum-plastic lithium of battery.
